Mayuri Shewale

Mayuri Shewale is the heart and soul of Swaastik Yog School, bringing over 15 years of dedicated teaching experience to every class. As the founder and lead teacher, she has guided thousands of students from around the world through transformative yoga journeys that extend far beyond the mat. Mayuri's own yoga journey began in her early twenties when she discovered yoga as a way to heal both physical discomfort and emotional stress. What started as a personal practice quickly became a calling. She immersed herself in intensive study, completing her 200-hour and 500-hour teacher training certifications and earning her E-RYT 500 designation from Yoga Alliance USA. Her teaching style is deeply rooted in traditional Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, yet she brings a modern understanding of anatomy, alignment, and therapeutic applications. Mayuri believes that yoga is not just about perfecting poses, but about connecting mind, body, and spirit in a holistic practice that transforms lives from the inside out.
