Which course should I pick?
I've never taught yoga and I'm not sure I want to.
Start with the 100-hour TTC. It's the shortest commitment, costs the least, and the hours count toward a full RYT-200 if you decide to continue.
I want to teach yoga professionally, anywhere in the world.
The 200-hour TTC is the global standard. RYT-200 is recognized by every yoga studio, retreat center, and gym internationally. This is the obvious starting point.
I'm already RYT-200 and I'm ready to advance.
The 300-hour TTC takes you deeper into philosophy, anatomy, advanced asana, and therapeutic applications. Together with your 200, you'll qualify as RYT-500.
I want the most comprehensive education in one trip.
The 500-hour combined TTC integrates 200 and 300 in a single 51-day program. Same teachers, same community throughout — the most efficient path to RYT-500.
