Swaastik Yog School runs three all-inclusive yoga retreats in Rishikesh, India — a 3-day weekend reset (from $100) starting the 1st of every month, a 5-day immersion (from $200) starting the 5th, and a 7-day transformation (from $250) starting the 10th. Every retreat includes daily Hatha yoga, pranayama, guided meditation, sattvic vegetarian meals, accommodation at our Tapovan campus, and Himalayan excursions. All levels are welcome — no prior yoga experience needed.
