Ho frequentato in India a Rishikesh il mio corso di formazione insegnanti di yoga di 200 ore, un’esperienza intensa che mi ha arricchita non soltanto dal punto di vista della pratica, ma anche sul piano personale e interiore. Desidero ringraziare in particolare i miei maestri Maiuri e Raul, che ho apprezzato per la loro preparazione, la passione e la disponibilità nel trasmettere le loro conoscenze. Le loro lezioni mi hanno permesso di approfondire diversi aspetti dello yoga, della respirazione, dell’allineamento delle posture e della filosofia yogica. Questo percorso mi ha dato l’opportunità di mettermi alla prova, superare alcune difficoltà e scoprire nuove risorse personali. Tornare a casa con il diploma di insegnante di yoga di 200 ore rappresenta per me un traguardo importante, ma soprattutto l’inizio di un nuovo cammino. I did my 200 YTTC and i loved it! The teachers are very experienced, Mayuri and Rahul are amazing and pass on the knowledge very well. The classes are demanding and you learn so much and understand more about phylosophy, alignment, yog itself and everything there is. I have a lower back injury and had many knees injuries as Well and was afraid it could be a problem but i was guided in the way that my body feels more functional and stronger then ever. The atmosphere in the school is also great and I’m extremely happy and grateful for the people i have met. 100%%%% recommend You come here once and you will keep coming back, trust me 😝

I attended an aerial yoga workshop and a healing session. Both were amazing. I enjoyed, learned, and healed. The place was comfortable, and the trainer, Mayuri, was very supportive. Everything was so good — it was an amazing experience I can't forget. All thanks to Mayuri, who created a space where everyone could feel comfortable and perform their best. Worth it❤️

I had a beautiful experience doing my 200hs TTC course with Mayouri. Because the group was small, she was able to give personal attention to each student, correcting our postures, alignment, and technique in a very detailed way. She is demanding in the best sense — she truly wants you to grow, learn properly, and become confident in your practice and teaching. The practices were well structured, deep, and meaningful. I felt supported and challenged at the same time, which helped me improve a lot. We also had the opportunity to try some acro-yoga, kundalini yoga and aereal. That was super fun too! The place was also amazing. The yoga shala with the sun shining in middle of winter was delicious. Also the terrace where we practiced too was beautiful, peaceful and perfect for yoga. It was a lovely space to share meals together, connect and relax too. Location in middle of Tapovan close to everything too which is really practical. What I appreciated the most was the atmosphere. It felt like a small family. There was warmth, respect and genuine care between everyone. I’m very grateful for this experience and I highly recommend Mayouri’s TTC to anyone who wants serious training in a supportive and loving environment.

I had a great stay at Swaastik. I enrolled for the sound healing and it was a wonderful opportunity to strengthen my knowledge around sound. Easy to find, good location. I opted for the dorm room, very basic. Ask for extra blankets if you get cold

I have done 200 hour TTC course in this course in dormitory room and i would like to mention i just enjoy my 24 days as fee was reasonable as compare to other school and school is in main centre of rishikesh but still peaceful ,everyone here became like family teachers , staff, cook , everyone was very friendly and food was simple but fresh and delicious . I learned so many things in the span of 24 days so i would like to comeback for advance course after giving se time for my body being considering my age .

Doing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Swaatik Yoga School in Rishikesh was honestly one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. The environment is incredibly peaceful and welcoming, which made it so easy to disconnect from everything outside and fully immerse myself in the practice. From the very beginning, I felt safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. The classes are intense, but in a very balanced and thoughtful way. You can really feel that the teachers are invested in your personal journey, not just in delivering the content. And Mayur… she’s truly amazing. Such a strong and inspiring woman, yet so warm and present at the same time. Her classes were some of the most impactful moments of the entire experience for me. One of the things that made this training even more special was being in an all-women group. It created such a deep sense of connection and a safe, supportive space that I had never experienced before. It really wasn’t just a course, it felt like a deep inner journey. If you’re considering doing your training, I genuinely recommend this place from my heart

I had a heavy past few years and 2025 was really draining, hence had come to Rishikesh with no expectations, one thing I knew was would do some Yoga and Relax. After couple of days strolling in Rishikesh, decided to look for a yoga class. Did a google search and after few calls at other centers which went unanswered, I called Swaastik Yoga institute, the call was answered promptly and Mayuri Mam answered few questions and I headed to the institute, liked the vibe of the place and Ranjana Mam assisted me with registration initially I enrolled for Hatha and Pranayam yoga, after couple of days experience I got myself enrolled for Aerial Yoga. It was the best decision of my life and I thank destiny for brining me to Swaastik Yog school, Mayuri mam is extremely talent and very professional she knows her stuff and was very supportive from the very beginning, Ranjana mam was great with Pranayam and Hatha sessions and Mayuri mam taught us well Aerial was something challenging for me but her guidance helped me overcome the fear and now I am a certified Aeria Yoga trainer. I also did a sound healing session and it was a great experience as well the results were spot on and now I know which chakra I should be working on(Thank you very much Mayuri Mam) Very professional team and the support has been fabulous, this is going to be my go to place for any future Yoga activities and highly recommend Swaastik Yog School.

I had a heavy past few years and 2025 was really draining, hence had come to Rishikesh with no expectations, one thing I knew was would do some Yoga and Relax. After couple of days strolling in Rishikesh, decided to look for a yoga class. Did a google search and after few calls at other centers which went unanswered, I called Swaastik Yoga institute, the call was answered promptly and Mayuri Mam answered few questions and I headed to the institute, liked the vibe of the place and Ranjana Mam assisted me with registration initially I enrolled for Hatha and Pranayam yoga, after couple of days experience I got myself enrolled for Aerial Yoga. It was the best decision of my life and I thank destiny for brining me to Swaastik Yog school, Mayuri mam is extremely talent and very professional she knows her stuff and was very supportive from the very beginning, Ranjana mam was great with Pranayam and Hatha sessions and Mayuri mam taught us well Aerial was something challenging for me but her guidance helped me overcome the fear and now I am a certified Aeria Yoga trainer. I also did a sound healing session and it was a great experience as well the results were spot on and now I know which chakra I should be working on(Thank you very much Mayuri Mam) Very professional team and the support has been fabulous, this is going to be my go to place for any future Yoga activities and highly recommend Swaastik Yog School.
