I had an incredible experience at Swaastik Yog School during the June batch, where I completed both the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training and the Aerial Yoga Teacher Training. The entire journey was well-structured, inspiring, and transformative. The teachers were highly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely dedicated to every student’s growth. The 200-hour TTC covered yoga philosophy, anatomy, alignment, pranayama, meditation, and teaching methodology in depth, while the Aerial Yoga course was fun, safe, and professionally taught, helping me build confidence with every practice. The peaceful atmosphere, delicious sattvic meals, and supportive community made me feel at home throughout the course. Every day brought new learning, personal growth, and meaningful connections with students from different parts of the world.🌺 I am deeply grateful to the entire Swaastik Yog School team for creating such a positive and authentic learning environment. I had a wonderful learning experience at Swastik Yoga School, Rishikesh. I completed my Sound Healing and Aerial Yoga training here, and I am truly grateful for the knowledge, guidance, and support I received throughout the course. The entire environment of the school was peaceful, safe, clean, and perfect for learning and self-growth. The food was fresh, healthy, delicious, and prepared with great care, which made my stay even more comfortable. The classes were well-structured, engaging, and highly informative. A special thanks to Mayuri Ma'am for her excellent teaching, patience, and constant encouragement. She explained every concept clearly and made learning both enjoyable and meaningful. I would also like to sincerely thank Ranjana, the Yoga Instructor, for her professional guidance, positive attitude, and supportive nature. She made every practice enjoyable while ensuring that everyone learned with confidence and proper technique. The entire staff was incredibly cooperative, kind, and always ready to help. Their hospitality and dedication made me feel welcomed from the very first day. I highly recommend Swastik Yoga School to anyone looking for authentic training in Yoga, Aerial Yoga, or Sound Healing. Ho frequentato il corso 200 TTC ed é stata un'esperienza fantastica, il posto é bellissimo immerso nel verde e tutto lo staff é stato davvero amichevole abbiamo condiviso tante esperienze in Rishikesh, bellissime persone. finito il corso é stata dura salutare tutti
