I recently completed my training at Swastik Yoga School in Rishikesh and had a really positive experience. As a beginner, I learned Hatha, Ashtanga, and even Aerial yoga in a very supportive environment. My teachers, Mayuri and Rahul, were knowledgeable, patient, and truly dedicated. I’ve already started seeing positive changes in my body, flexibility, and overall strength. The school is also great for a multicultural experience, with students coming from all around the world, which made learning even more enriching. Grateful for the journey and highly recommend it to anyone starting or deepening their yoga practice.

I had a beautiful experience doing my 200hs TTC course with Mayouri. Because the group was small, she was able to give personal attention to each student, correcting our postures, alignment, and technique in a very detailed way. She is demanding in the best sense — she truly wants you to grow, learn properly, and become confident in your practice and teaching. The practices were well structured, deep, and meaningful. I felt supported and challenged at the same time, which helped me improve a lot. We also had the opportunity to try some acro-yoga, kundalini yoga and aereal. That was super fun too! The place was also amazing. The yoga shala with the sun shining in middle of winter was delicious. Also the terrace where we practiced too was beautiful, peaceful and perfect for yoga. It was a lovely space to share meals together, connect and relax too. Location in middle of Tapovan close to everything too which is really practical. What I appreciated the most was the atmosphere. It felt like a small family. There was warmth, respect and genuine care between everyone. I’m very grateful for this experience and I highly recommend Mayouri’s TTC to anyone who wants serious training in a supportive and loving environment.

I did my 200 YTTC and i loved it! The teachers are very experienced, Mayuri and Rahul are amazing and pass on the knowledge very well. The classes are demanding and you learn so much and understand more about phylosophy, alignment, yog itself and everything there is. I have a lower back injury and had many knees injuries as Well and was afraid it could be a problem but i was guided in the way that my body feels more functional and stronger then ever. The atmosphere in the school is also great and I’m extremely happy and grateful for the people i have met. 100%%%% recommend You come here once and you will keep coming back, trust me 😝

Doing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Swaatik Yoga School in Rishikesh was honestly one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. The environment is incredibly peaceful and welcoming, which made it so easy to disconnect from everything outside and fully immerse myself in the practice. From the very beginning, I felt safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. The classes are intense, but in a very balanced and thoughtful way. You can really feel that the teachers are invested in your personal journey, not just in delivering the content. And Mayur… she’s truly amazing. Such a strong and inspiring woman, yet so warm and present at the same time. Her classes were some of the most impactful moments of the entire experience for me. One of the things that made this training even more special was being in an all-women group. It created such a deep sense of connection and a safe, supportive space that I had never experienced before. It really wasn’t just a course, it felt like a deep inner journey. If you’re considering doing your training, I genuinely recommend this place from my heart
