Steps to Master Mayurasana

  1. Kneel on the floor, knees wide.
  2. Lean forward and place your palms on the floor with fingers pointing back towards your feet.
  3. Bend your elbows and bring them together, pressing them into your abdomen.
  4. Lean forward, resting your weight on your elbows.
  5. Lift your legs straight back, one by one.
  6. Balance your body parallel to the floor.
